Rhonda Frith-Lyons


Rhonda is a Strategic Advisor for Mavendog, with particular attentiveness to Mavendog's Change Enablement services. As a trusted Business Advisor, Executive Coach and Principal Consultant, Rhonda is sought after to help organizations overwhelmed by complex change (for example, M&A, IT revamps, Digital Transformation, Human Capital and Supply Chain Management overhauls). She is an instrumental leader in operational effectiveness and efficiency, and is known for her unique strategies, approaches, and the positive results they achieve (competitive advantage, growth and savings targets, and quality baselines). 

Since founding The Sassy Entrepreneur, LLC in 2011, Rhonda has transformed Big 5 consulting change strategies into prioritized, actionable roadmaps. From startup to Fortune 500 clients, she has established frameworks that paved the way for new products and services. Clients include Bank of America Merchant Services, Duke Energy, JELD-WEN and Manchester Sky.

As a Senior Principal Consultant for Humana, Rhonda designed, built and launched a Change Enablement Center of Excellence designed to equip leadership during a period of tremendous upheaval. She saved $1B+ through the launch of the company’s first PMO Shared Services model that scaled change management efforts to support Top 10 strategic initiatives.

Prior to Humana Rhonda served former Deloitte subsidiary RGP (Northern California) as an HCM Senior Practice Leader. Here she established a recruiting and business development model that grew the base to $1M+ in revenues in just 6 months. Clients included Green Mountain Coffee, Intel, Cisco, Chevron and Salesforce.

In Southern California, she earned the reputation at RGP as a go-to for complex business and IT transformation initiatives. Clients included Disney and SoCal Edison.

Earlier tenures include roles as a Managing Principal Consultant for TBK + Associates, an Enterprise Risk Manager for HSBC Card Services Division, and a Senior Compliance Manager for Bank of America.

Rhonda holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte, an M.Ed. from the University of South Carolina, and a B.Arch from Virginia Tech.
