With over 30 years in organizational development, training, and change management strategy, Tom has advised companies such as Siemens and Westinghouse, as well as large federal agencies such as the Departments of Defense and Energy, and state agencies such as the Arizona Game and Fish and Florida Department of Corrections. He has also advised professional organizations such as the Institute for International Research and International Wildlife Managers Association.
